If my problem can’t be solved at the counter, they contact who they need and we work together to solve it. Most recently, Kenna solved a mobile app issue I was having! Stefani is great also from accessing my safe deposit box to just depositing a check. Thank you!!

The fees here are high and I have been banking with them since I was 17 years old never once asked for a credit card or loan with them but I finally asked to see how much they would give me for a loan since I am wanting to do home repairs after they told me I was pre approved for $15k they denied me to even give me a penny. The bank tellers are very nice and personal with their customers but the managers wasted my time. They kept telling me they would call me and wasted 2 weeks of my time. All this bank is good for is cashing checks. I will be pulling my business from them and I’m glad my other bank was able to give me the loan and they had an answer for me the day I walked in.
