5 /5 Johnny Cuppy: These guys are the best, we use them for all of our insurance needs. They are professional, knowledgeable and always give the best customer/client service. The whole office staff is amazing, but especially thank you to Nicole Miller, she’s our go to agent and is always so quick to help us out when we need anything. Keep up the great work team 360!

1 /5 Bridget May Schrader: Drew Yung refused to cancel my cousins homeowners policy in 2020. After her husband died recently, my cousin was getting their financial affairs in order and noticed that Country had never been canceled her policy. When she tried to cancel it retroactively AS PER WASHINGTON STATE LAW, Drew Yung refused. Drews District Manager, JoshThorner, refused as well. Customer Service refused to help, saying the agent had to do it. Typical unethical runaround...... NOW, Drew and Josh refuse to even answer the office phone.
