5 /5 WG G: Migrated my in-laws over to the Republic branch of STCU (since they moved here recently) so they have could have easier access to their accounts and a friendly faces to talk to if something goes sideways. Super happy with the move, wish we did it sooner. Had an issue with a couple unwanted charges today and it was handled with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. Sydney has given us 5 star customer service over the past few months and I feel like my in-laws are in great hands - best place to bank in Republic!

Elektra Candy (Candy Crush) As an update to my earlier review, I was contacted immediately after the review below and allowed access to my safe deposit box the next day so I appreciate the prompt response. __________________________________________ I ABSOLUTELY NEED to gain access to my safe deposit box and its VERY TIME SENSITIVE!! I walked down there (30 minute walk) to discover they are closed?!!! So I call and am given an email address via the message on the number. Ive emailed it 3 times in the past week with ZERO RESPONSE!!! YOU HAVE MY SAFE BOX!! You cant just steal peoples belongings!!!
