They also have help me get in touch with people in the claims department after an auto accident. I work, and my time is limited. So they acted as a liason for me. Wonderful people, easy to get ahold of, and you ask for help, and they get it done immediately! I have even had Sharee email me back on the weekend. I was expecting a response on Monday. She takes good care of her customers.

I (like many others) am constantly bombarded with offers to change carriers and quotes that are less then what Im paying now. I will not be leaving Sharees Allstate brokerage because of the quality of service I receive AND the quality of coverage I get which exceeds any perceived benefit of saving a couple of dollars.
