Steve Bergman Customer service is the pits. No one answers the phone; including my agent, whose # isnt valid on a website. You are placed on hold for long periods of time with wait periods of an hour.The call back service never calls back. If there were anything below 1 star, theyve earned it

D Rode Katie was a tremendous help when I first became eligible for Medicare. She explained clearly the various options. I have much confidence in her ability to be accurate. She was recommended to me by a friend and I in turn will be recommending her to others.

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Telchide Zandi The professionalism and knowledge of the employees at Paradise Insurance Washington really impressed me. They helped me locate the ideal insurance plan for my requirements and were able to respond to all of my inquiries.

Day Stormy (LadyStormzzz) Paije at D and D Insurance is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My previous agent at another company was AWFUL and non-responsive. Paije helped me get everything sorted in a timely manner (timely on her end, not mine, sorry Paije!) and spent the whole day practically helping me get things sorted out, fixed, linked, and ready to rock! I cant thank Paije and her team enough. I definitely recommend getting in contact with them!
