There was even a time when we made a mistake with our payments, and for months, we were causing Eric quite a bit of trouble. Despite it being our fault, Eric remained incredibly professional, always keeping us updated on the investigation and providing thorough explanations, even as we kept questioning the calculations, which, in hindsight, we were wrong about the entire time. I have a disability and am hard to educate but Kyle was great at it and non frustrating and I have a good grasp now. I felt so good after leaving there Ii was able to cope with other business.
