Jarid and Jake were so helpful and courteous answering my questions and discussing my policy with me when I called in for a quote. I felt very informed and comfortable during my conversation with them and they were very nice and informative with their answers. The customer service was excellent and I got a great rate. In my past dealing with claims Geico has been great - roadside assistance has also helped me with getting a tow or a flat. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.
