They helped me with getting the perfect engagement ring for an overseas proposal while working on the final band. What stood out was the exceptional care and customer service that they provided it was truly one of a kind. From the moment we walked in, the staff (Antoine and Ping) made us feel welcomed and supported. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the consultants were—they helped me understand diamond quality and guided me through the process with patience and genuine care. They have a wide selection on offer from classic, vintage and modern styles. Anything they have is really beautiful. One of the best parts was being able to customize the ring to match exactly what my fiancé envisioned. The final ring was stunning—flawlessly crafted and beautifully presented. 1 /5 G. Huffman: Bought expensive [for me] diamond ring. Beautiful ring. Paid Robbins Brothers $121.22 to resize it (lost weight-yeah!). Jeweler (seems like nice guy) removed too much platinum from shank during resizing. Store now says I have to pay $800+ for a total shank rebuild. They removed too much platinum and now I have to pay $800 to fix their mistake? At one time, was a great Company with beautiful rings and amazing customer service. I hope this is an aberration, and not the beginning of the end. My experience, your mileage may vary. Choose wisely.

5 /5 Adriana Rosas: I had an amazing experience with the help of Sofia. I went in looking to upgrade my engagement ring without knowing what I wanted. Sofia showed me different rings and styles to try on. She also gave me ideas for different customizations that I would have never thought of. I was told my ring would be ready on 6-8 weeks, but I was able to pick it up in 3 weeks. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

5 /5 Perry W: We came in about a resize of a Robbins Bros ring we purchased 25 years ago. We were treated with care and the team spent a lot of time with us. It was definitely worth the drive from out of state, and it was fun to explore Bellevue. Our pup was right at home since the store is dog-friendly. Thank you!

1 /5 Lin R: I had a bad experience here and Im FURIOUS my husband actually bought our ring from here because he was too lazy to check out any other stores. We made an appointment iterating that we know NOTHING about rings and the first thing the sales guy asks us is what size diamond we want and starts to show us available diamonds on his computer where we have no concept of what it will look like on my hand. At least when you go into brilliant earth they have the diamond sizing transparent sheet you can take a look at. This guy gave us no information other than telling us more expensive is better and seems to be under the impression that everyone wants to buy a ring that will be a family heirloom passed down 1000 years. Really terrible experience overall. I did not feel welcome or informed. Do not recommend a ring appointment here at all.
