1 /5 Kaylee: I came in to get a replacement id, Michelle is who was helping me , she came in pretty harsh stating she can’t help me if I don’t have a valid id I stated that she’s helped me in the past before and was able to pull my id on file she came at me pretty harsh stating “like I stated before I can’t help if the id doesn’t match and I can’t go off of what someone else has done in the past” so if my thing is if you’re gonna do one thing one way and change it up maybe don’t come at the customer pretty harshly especially with how you worded your sentence made it seem like you can’t help me at all without a valid id you didn’t state it being on file , manage your customer service better because that left a really bad taste in my mouth don’t typically leave reviews but this one was needed. Do better Michelle.
