1 /5 GJ Cantrell: If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have had Edward Jones accounts for many years, with great servive. We sent our daught to see Scott at this local branch so she could take over her college fund. He met with her just today and told her that he would not take on her account because it was not financially worth it to him. WHAT THE HECK? Totally floored by this. I called the central Edward Jones office in MO and got amazing customer service, and made sure to let them know that Scott is not the kind of person we expect to work with using Edward Jones.
