The girls act like they work at a high end jewelry store and so snobby, like pandora is only 1 step above the fantasy jewelry you get at Clair’s… when the manager pretty much forced this girl who was not doing anything to help me she actually scuffed and rolled her eyes as she looked at me. I bought a whole set up as a gift.mind you these toy charms cost on average 50 bucks. They girl ended up acting a bit nicer when she realized I didn’t have a budget. I honestly want to ask for the stupid bracelet back to return it. Shop elsewhere where they treat people with dignity.

Christine Miller I saw an amazing coat on Maje Gallerys Facebook page. The coat was featured in a video. The video brought the coat to life. I emailed the shop, and received a response immediately. Once my questions were answered I placed an order, and received the coat within a few days. The coat I received was exactly as described and well made. I love it so much.

GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

Alex Budchanin This was our first visit to the store in Bellevue Square, and we definitely love this jewelry store. The customer service is excellent and truly people-first. I initially bought a ring that my wife didn’t really like, but when I came back, they exchanged it for a gold chain she loved—with no hassle. I really appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the process.

John really helped us find a ring that fits my partner’s lifestyle and compliments his fashion. We couldn’t have felt more confident in our purchase. John was patient and genuine! Susan Bowers I love this store! The ladies have great customer service and support, and the dog is very sweet! They have a wide variety of beads and everything you need to create your jewelry, and have classes to learn how to create your own jewelry! This is a great store!
