1 /5 Kyla Roberts: I came in to get my mom a necklace for mother’s day, the day before mother’s day, so of course it’s busy. I waited patiently at the counter, but the store was super packed. I didn’t get a chance to really look around because there were people around almost every display case. Finally Luis helped me out, and when I explained that I was looking for a necklace for my mom, but wasn’t sure what because it’s really packed & I can’t look around that well. He looked at me, and looked at my phone & said “well online would’ve been a good place to start. we aren’t really known for necklaces, we’re known for our charm bracelets.” I just stared at him for a second because excuse me, what? I just waited patiently while people happily took up 20 minutes of your time trying to decide what over priced charm they’re going to get. Just show me a couple necklaces so I can get out of here. I was honestly going to just walk off because I do not have time for someone’s nasty attitude today, but I already waited, so I just sucked it up. I took a total of 5 minutes to pick a necklace, I actually chose the first & only one who showed me. He didn’t even ask me if I needed a bigger sized chain, which come to find out I do. Isn’t jewelry shopping supposed to be something where I’m, idk, kind of.. HELPED out? Like you show me some things, we find the right sizes? It’s a sales job right? I guess this is what I get for choosing pandora of all places. Sad thing is, I’m pretty sure this was the store manager. I give Luis 0 out of 10 stars. He’s rude & couldn’t even pronounce my name correctly. Wishing him the day he deserves

2 /5 Pikachu: Experience going in was okay at best. They have a large amount of employees working there at once who just stand around the desk towards the back of the store having personal conversations, it made asking for help a really uncomfortable experience due to them stopping conversation and all staring at you. It makes the store unapproachable. It seemed like none of them wanted to check me out so I had to stand there and wait for someone to. It’s nice to see the charms in person but I think I’ll stick to purchasing online.

5 /5 Amelia Chestnutt: I had an excellent experience buying my first charm bracelet from Pandora. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she even let me try on her own bracelet to see how the length would feel when the bracelet is full of charms.

1 /5 Shanna Bailey: Im only giving a star because I have to in order to write a review. I purchased a Pandora ring on Maui back in November at the only authorized dealer on the island. Within a month the stones started coming out. We remembered them telling us there is a one year warranty, but I couldnt find the receipt. I called the dealer on Maui and she was able to find the receipt and email it to me and told me I can go to any Pandora. I finally made it to the one at the Columbia Center Mall, which is about 90 minutes away. The sales girl that I initially talked to asked me for my number and kept cutting me off every time I tried to explain what was going on. She then asked for my email and I again tried explaining to her that I dont have an account but I had the receipt and that the store in Maui told me to bring the ring in within a year. She continued to interrupt and so I asked for the manager. A girl showed up saying she was the manager so I told her why I was there. She told me I would have to go to the original location, that they wont exchange anything from a 3rd party vendor. I told her they were an authorized dealer. She continued to argue with me. So I called the Maui store and she that they absolutely are supposed to honor the warranty, and that Pandora sends people to them all the time for the exact same thing because theyre the only authorized dealer in the island. The Maui location then offered to mail me a replacement ring since the Washington state location wont. Mind you this is a $75 ring. Im not asking for anything more than Pandora to honor their 1 year replacement warranty. When I asked the manager for her name so I could call the main Pandora line she would only tell me "Carlie" and refused to tell me her last name. Carlie, you need a class in customer service and to take note that a Pandora dealer on an island in the middle of the ocean is taking the time to do YOUR job and send me a replacement.

5 /5 Cole: I was surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. I ordered online and went to pick up my Ursula charm a couple days later. I walked in and was immediately greeted at the counter, she asked how she could help and I had my charm in hand within 5min. Their receipt machine was broken so they asked if I was ok with a digital receipt, which was totally fine. The problem employees that were once there dont seem to be employed anymore because all the employees seemed very attentive to their customers
