They love to take out payments from your account when they are not supposed to then make you jump through hoops for weeks, trying to get things resolved, even though it was their fault. Jason, the branch manager, is rude, ignorant, and arrogant. I’ve had to unfortunately work with him numerous occasions, and he brings his attitude every time. Checking your ego at the door should be a requirement at any customer service position.
