1 /5 Desert Medic: Update Dec.2013- So I thought I cancelled with this mess of a place but one policy stayed. The incompetency of the agents here is being laughable. If looking for insurance on anything DO NOT GO HERE! Communication, knowledge, and general business sense is non-existent. I need to drop this place now. I have had issues with incorrect quotes, and no and bad communication. I found out when I needed it that I did not have roadside assistance. I have used 2 agents here and both are not.good..

1 /5 C G: I had a contractors policy with them but when I needed to halt my policy for the following year they took forever to get back to me and still let the bill processing company take out $ out of my account and proceeded to say they will “get back to me” but never did.
