Lisa Byers I am so appreciative and happy I found this firm. When one of the major insurance companies put me in a last minute bind in September of last year. I gave Haley Insurance Agency a call and showed up at their office within the hour. Hannah LaBadie did an extraordinary job of getting me new auto and renters insurance that day to avoid a lapse in coverage. We spent quite a while together going through my options with the companies they represent. I ended up with lower premiums for the same insurance with a company I know is reputable and outstanding. I was so stressed that day and Hannah just was amazingly kind, knowledgeable and helpful, as was Bradlee Haley who stepped into help as well. In the six months since, I have called or emailed a couple of times with questions and their response is always quick and helpful. I will never work with one of the major insurance companies directly or different agent again! I highly recommend people do a check with Haley Insurance Agency even if its just to make sure youre getting the best coverage and rates. Thank you so much, Hannah and Bradlee!!

Jennifer Kilts We have used Propel Insurance 9 of the 10 years we have been in business. I can tell you first hand Michelle Newberg is the best of the best. When I was fooled away from Propel by Ryan at Federated (which I give a negative 5!!! Stay away from Federated Insurance) for a measley savings I did not take into account the whole package you get with Michelle. She knows the insurance industry inside and out. Her knowledge and dedication is PHENOMENAL!! I called Michelle 3:00pm on a Friday and she was happy to hear from me even though I had made the decicion to leave Propel for Federated a year ago. I asked if she could get me insurance by Monday and she worked through the weekend to get this accomplished, which she did! She is top notch, over the top AMAZING! I broke up with Propel but am so happy to be back together!
