1 /5 Katie Wagner: Id give her zero starts if I could. Michelle Jensen originally was so sweet and interested in me. Then I closed my bank account (it was hacked) and opened a new one at the same bank. All state drew from the new account for 5 months then they tried to access funds from the old closed account, they claim they sent a letter about this however I never received it. They sent me to collections. I have never had any collections issues in my life (Im 73 years old) my credit score is perfect. I called Michelle and she insisted it was my banks error. I told her I had not opened nor closed any accounts since Sept. (6 months ago), she insisted, after numerous conference calls to my bank and them telling her that her company had been accessing my new account and then in April they tried to access my closed account. She wouldnt take their word for it and insisted on making more calls. She essentially called me a liar about the whole issue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN TO MY WORST ENEMY. SHES TWO FACED. She obviously is not a good business woman. SHE WILL NOT STAND UP FOR THE CUSTOMER. I wouldnt recommend AllState insurance, Poor business practices.

5 /5 Erica Bundy: She was extremely helpful in opening up a new policy. She was translucent throughout the entirety of the process and made an otherwise stressful ordeal fairly easy. I got more coverage than I previously had another company for a similar price.
