They were very responsive whenever I needed something and always went out of their way to help. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their business to anyone with insurance needs. Theyre a very quality family run business that really cares about their clients. I even received a personalized Christmas card from them!

I love the ability that an independent broker has in shopping several companies for the correct coverage at the best price and the ability to be continual reevaluating. Merrill and Merrill specifically is great to work with. Theyre very friendly, and responsive.

5 /5 Na Ku: First off, I never write reviews, but I really feel Natalie deserves my five star review. I feel very lucky that I found her on google. After I contacted several insurance agents, I was very confident with her. Natalie is simply the best insurance agent I have ever seen. She is very kind and efficient and easy to work with, of course she is very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with her kind patient manner every time I asked her endless ignorant questions. The best part is I got the best insurance rate thanks to her. She got several quotes for me and I was able to compare them and choose the best one. I just can not say enough about her. She is just perfect. I recommend her to anyone especially who just moved here trying to find new insurance agent. Thank you, Natalie.

Its important to note that they are BROKERS which means they can assist you with insurance through multiple providers; they dont just represent one company like many other offices. This has been a wonderful benefit as I have been able to switch companies while maintaining coverage seamlessly. When my previous company jumped up their rates for 2018, Natalie was able to find me another plan and save me about $500!! Ive also worked with Claire and Andrew when l had questions/concerns and they have all been awesome. Its not too big, family owned and they definitely take care of their customers to the best of their abilities. Ive been with them for a couple years now and I will stay with them as long as possible, highly recommend!
