Kayla was the person I spoke with and she not only answered my question regarding the need to do a Bill of Sale for my daughters totaled truck, but she had me pull up the DOL website and she walked me through doing the whole form. It was probably a 20 minute call that she took the time to go out of her way to help me with. It was an awesome experience that seems hard to come by these days. I had planned to drive to the DOL later today and we did the form online in a matter of minutes and that would not have happened without Kayla!
