5 /5 Kaitlin McKinnon: Ashley and Chuck are THE people to have in your corner! I get it, I get it: Insurance isnt a glamorous purchase. Its required by law--a mandatory purchase. Not the fun kind. And when you need it, its a headache...usually more of a migraine. Transparently, Ive definitely come across some unsavory people in the insurance business. Its not fun to deal with insurance when your world has been derailed. Theres been times when Ive felt taken advantage of by insurance folks. But you wont find that at Legacy West Insurance. They are GOOD people with GOOD intentions. Chuck is personable and always friendly to my entire family. Ashley is a sweetheart! She explains things to me in laymans terms, is funny and personable, and so knowledgeable...this is a great Allstate branch. To echo their companys motto, with Ashley and Chuck, I DO feel like Im in good hands.

Ashley was above and beyond patient, professional and personable in helping me understand and remember what my insurance coverage offers while also providing me coverage solutions that ended up saving me a significant amount on my premiums. Ashley made it very easy to do business with Allstate and made what I thought would initially be a painful laborious experience into a very enjoyable and productive one. I would not hesitate to recommend giving Ashley a call for your insurance needs.
