He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of which came in clutch as we needed proof of insurance for a home purchase within 2 days time. He followed up with email or text in appropriate (not annoyed or pushy) ways. He does a good job explaining policies and options. It is easy to tell he’s an expert in his field. Would highly recommend and will be using him for other insurance needs in the future.
