5 /5 Gabriella Hong: I’ve been with the State Farm on and off for fours years now due to their unpleasant reputation with customer service and just like everyone; I’ve encountered countless times in horrible experiences with the State Farm Reps. Until today, I received a phone call from Rachel E (State Farm agent) to update my address. Though I thought the address had been updated, which it wasnt by a different agent; she was kind enough to do that for me and brought up the condominium insurance policy that I might be interested in getting to insure the building and personal property. She was very professional, polite, patient, and well educated in educating me regarding my condo insurance. She took the time to explain every single one of my policy to me, as well as to the deductible, coverages, etc. Best customer service I’ve ever had.
