Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

Travis Lambert I typically buy gold and dont really sell but I found myself needing a little extra cash. I checked around but I ended up landing at Northwest Gold and Diamond. Mark met me at the door to greet me, was clear and quick, and most importantly, he gave me a more than fair price for my gold. He was also very descreet when another client showed up while we were still doing business. Mark also followed up with a call I had made to the shop before I arrived as he thought he missed another possible customer. He gave me great service and I would reccommend this company to anyone looking to get great service and a great price for your gold!

Jessica Pursell Absolutely loved this crystal shop! The energy was peaceful the moment I walked in, and the selection was incredible. Everything from raw specimens and towers to spheres and jewelry. Prices were fair, and the quality of the stones was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, answering all my questions without ever being pushy. I walked out with a few beautiful pieces I’d been searching for and even discovered some new favorites. Highly recommend for anyone into crystals, whether you’re just starting or have been collecting for years!

Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.

If you want something that’s designer that’s not just the hype beast clothing def check this place out. Such pretty clothing. Definitely a hidden Gem not like any boutique I’ve been too.

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff.
