1 /5 Denise Lukins: These guys are literally the worst title company I have ever dealt with. When I first ordered my guarantee, that sent it with the wrong insured, the wrong amount and the wrong legal. Thats about everything they could get wrong. I ordered on update on October 28th, apparently with someone they fired but then didnt monitor her emails. It is December 12th. Still waiting, and they are acting like I am the problem. Literally, the worst.

1 /5 Katie Somner: I dont recommend this place. The first document they created had the incorrect plot information. I received no communication from them through the process. After the sale went through we had no confirmation on funds being issued, and when I asked for an update I was referred to someone else, rather than the contact answering the question (or even a willingness to forward my email). Our sale closed three days ago and we have not received our funds, nor does my bank have record of a pending wire transfer. They also charge close to $50 to overnight a check, and $30 to wire transfer funds.
