1 /5 Marissa Brickey: No one should ever use this bank. Between their barely functional app not working properly and them not following basic instructions to close an account after all payments are clear, making no attempt to contact me, they blamed me for their inability to act appropriately, reported it, and now my current bank is closing my account. They sat on this for months and did nothing then blamed me. Washington trust steals money, and then blames you when youre in negative, when they double charge you. This is the worst possible bank to go through. The staff are awful and unhelpful. There isnt a single good thing about that bank, and if I had known that Washington Trust was this way, I would have never trusted my money with them. DO NOT trust these people with your money. They will only screw you over.

2 /5 Zachary Reshovsky: Washington Trust Bank was slightly better than GRANCO and Chase Bank, but only slightly and generally not a place that represented a particularly good locational option. Washington Trust Bank had really non-functional behavior from basic mechanisms and not somewhere I felt was performing at a medium level of Wells Fargo on San Juan and King counties, where I normally bank. -Z
