1 /5 James Botsch: This place is weird. One person is overwhelmed with all the customers. Then the manager or whoever is just sitting on the computer or at the desk. And pushes all the guests through one employee instead of helping out. Happens Everytime I come here’s. People just waiting around while manager on a zoom call laughing and having a good time. I don’t know what this it’s a shadow of what it used to be…...Alaska used to be the best credit union around this area. It is probably one of the worst now.

5 /5 Brian McDonough: Great experience when local BECU couldnt handle Savings Bonds - found out Alaska FCU is an affiliate and went there. Kyrstin and "the new guy"(so sorry - I forgot your name) were fabulous, patient, and professional getting my bonds cashed and into my (other bank) account! Thank You!
