I have been using their financial advisor services for many years now and have year in/year out left their office after an advising session feeling like they really cared about me and my financial situation and future. Nikki Flis Use Symetra as an agent. People I have spoken to in customer service are always very nice, but we can never get anything resolved. I keep getting the line, "We will call you back when problem is fixed." Two months later. . . Im still the only one making any phone calls so I can once again let someone know that my problem is not fixed.

Scott Zaval The personnel that work there are great. The bank policy on your bank card if it gets scanned is miserable. I stopped at six places the day after payday and both bank cards were scanned and stupid charges came up. Response at first was great. Figured everything was set. Two days later I get my LCCU card. It has been over two weeks. There policy is they investigate the charges, make a determination, order you a different card number, 7 to 10 days for the bank to get your card, then you can get your card. Banner bank I could walk in Same day and get a replacement.

WG G Migrated my in-laws over to the Republic branch of STCU (since they moved here recently) so they have could have easier access to their accounts and a friendly faces to talk to if something goes sideways. Super happy with the move, wish we did it sooner. Had an issue with a couple unwanted charges today and it was handled with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. Sydney has given us 5 star customer service over the past few months and I feel like my in-laws are in great hands - best place to bank in Republic!
