1 /5 T Jones: Terrible customer service. The manager wouldnt accept a personal check my mom wrote to me. Shes been banking with them for 40 yrs. I complained about a fee, and they made the check void and lied about numbers not matching. Basically destroyed the check to inconvenience me.

1 /5 Таня Мартинюк: My husband and I were on a visit. They didnt help us solve our issue at all. The woman who helped was not interested in solving our problem at all. I am disappointed with the work and attitude of the bank towards the client.

1 /5 Omid: Extremely Disappointed with Bank of America - Terrible Service at Kent Branch I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the Bank of America branch located at 25638 104th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030. I went into the branch expecting professional service, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. I was bounced around from one banker to another, each time receiving no assistance and no real answers. Each person I spoke to seemed clueless about how to help me, and it felt like they were deliberately avoiding providing the service I needed. When I asked for help, they just passed me off to someone else, making it clear that no one at that branch was interested in actually assisting me. To make matters worse, the branch manager (Priya Parsad) was incredibly unprofessional. Not only did she fail to address my concerns, but she also had a horrible attitude and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. To top it off, she explicitly instructed her employees to deny me service. This is unacceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position and it’s beyond disappointing to be treated this way by a so-called professional. This entire experience has made me lose all confidence in Bank of America. As soon as I return to the states, I will be closing my account with them. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone, and frankly, I wouldnt recommend Bank of America as a whole after such a negative encounter. If you value your time, energy, and money, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Extremely dissatisfied.

They should corroborate that the people who serve the clients do not have problems with xenophobia or racism, because it has been the worst experience I have had for one of those reasons. Apart from that I could not know the name of the lady who attended me, because she did not use her respective Pin with her name.
