1 /5 Fiiko Transport LLC: They lie and tell you they have a quote and waste your time by not answering phone and they will hide from seeing you if you visit their office. This is a shady business. I was just looking for a quote and was treated like this, I can’t imagine going through a claim with such people. Parminder Singh is the agent I dealt, he is an unprofessional liar.

1 /5 abdi jama: My goodness where do I start. Manjit’s is unprofessional unethical lies rude disrespectful never answers phone nor responds to emails and don’t give refunds. I only signed a yearly contract and they decided to enrolled me with another year contract. They charged my card without authorization and when I called I was told to do what I needed to do with no refund that’s what the owner said. I will take him to court and sue him. I urged anyone for the love the of god stay away from this insurance. I will update everyone after the court. 12/22/2023.

I worked specifically with Manjit who has been tremendously helpful and he took a great care of me by dealing with all the process and ensuring that I get the greatest settlement for my recent loss and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Each person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly and so quick to provide solution to problems . I would recommend key insurance for any kind of insurance needs highly . key is the best .

1 /5 Herman Gill: Based on the other reviews Im glad they didnt call me back. I wanted a quote. They took my information almost 10 days ago and no one bothered to call back. I called twice no answer. Left 2 voicemails and no reply. If their service is this bad just getting a quote I cant imagine what hoops they might have you jump through if theres a claim. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
