1 /5 Karenna DeLong: Trust me, just go elsewhere! Kevin is an extremely unprofessional person with the biggest ego I’ve ever encountered. I’m honestly baffled by how he treats customers and his employees. Do not try to get insurance through his office. Would give 0 stars if I could. Would highly recommend finding a different agency within Allstate unless you’re into getting yelled at and belittled. From what I saw during a single trip to his office, he treats his employees the same way, so wouldn’t recommend working there either. Yikes!!!

5 /5 Cassi: Ive worked with Kevin, Penny, and Sarah over the past eight or so years, and they have all been wonderful. Ive used Allstate for car, home, and rental insurance, and feel like I am getting good coverage for reasonable prices. Honestly though, its the people that keep me with Allstate. They are always so friendly, return my calls quickly, and are sure to follow up later if needed. I feel like they actually care.

1 /5 Marina Voilya: Terrible experience. Offered to provide pay as you go plan and didn’t follow through. I requested information about professional insurance, never followed up after stating they would provide a quote. I requested full coverage and they gave me liability. When I canceled my plan they continued to charge me. I have never had a worse encounter with a company.

The wife Rhonda cancelled a policy without confirmation, my auto pay was disabled by this office and then I get charged all of these insane charges, she cancelled my roadside assistance without my consent .. because she claimed I already had coverage .. which was great two weeks ago when I got into an accident and had no help… and lastly and most importantly absolutely no assistance or support when I got into a horrible accident a few weeks ago (rear-ended) . I did my research and switched agents and without the transfer even being completed I got more help from strangers after giving my business to the Saddlers for three years! Yeah no thank you !!! Tootles!

They dropped my coverage for no reason, sent me late fees for said dropped coverage, and then started billing Me out of nowhere without my expressed interest in their coverage (after they dropped Me without warning. I was paying my bills on time every month.). If I could put 0 stars, I would. Also, the 1 incident i had was someone vandalized My car window and I did most of their job for them due to their horrible communication skills with the business replacing the glass (which was fantastic service and work). This review does not single out any specific person, but the company as a whole. There are good people that work here and I am aware of horrible training programs that most big name companies have.
