Patrick has always been there for us when we need him. It’s so nice to be able to call and get your questions answered quickly by someone with such deep insurance knowledge. Patrick is simply fantastic in all aspects. He knows his stuff, he is great to work with, someone you can trust, cares about his clients and is readily available. What more could you ask for.

5 /5 Cavalier Cottage: I have been with Pat for insurance for over 20 years. I am also a second gen customer, as he has insured my parents for probably 30 years or more. The rates and coverage with Pat are great. If I ever have any sort of question, he is quick to answer or chat on the phone. You cant find that service at most places these days- you would have to call a 1-800 # and be placed on hold, and you would never get the same customized service like you do here. Highly highly recommend!

5 /5 Matthew Everson: Patrick Shockley has been my insurance agent for 17 years, since I was 16. He answers my calls 75 percent of the time and if he doesnt, returns them within 15 minutes. He has made any claim or change of policy as easy as possible and cares about you in the process. I once hit a deer and the first thing he asked was if myself and my passengers were okay! He is a highly experienced and knowledgeable agent. I would recommend him and the Issaquah Pemco agency to anyone who wants a caring and professional insurance team.
