A Rod Went in just wanting to look around, Alicia greeted and helped me, she showed me some pretty charms, i love the Disney collection. I ended up buying this ring for my sister! If you’re going to Pandora definitely recommend the sales associate I had Alicia. Very very nice with great customer service, will be coming back!

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. If you are considering Underhill Jewelers LOOK NO MORE! You are at the steps of Greatness when dealing with them Both Professionally and Personally you simply CANNOT go wrong here, congrats! Jesse Logan I don’t need to say much. However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!
