She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions very quickly. She even helped me with questions I didnt realize I had until we started talking! She gave me quotes that varied like for just myself, or also my kids and depending on how many years. Kathy really went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it!!
