Melissa Fritz I was referred to Steele Claytons office by my sister. She had a great experience and I was looking to make some insurance chances. I was extremely impressed with how simple and smooth the process was to change my auto, home, and personal liability policies over. Plus they were able to save me a significant amount per month with the same policy coverages that I previously had. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful during the process. If you have been thinking of switching insurance or just want someone to review the policies you currently have to make recommendations about possible changes, I would highly recommend this office. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.
