1 /5 Savannah Smith: If I could give these guys zero Stars I would. I have been a customer here for easily 10 years, since I was a teenager. When they were Opus, I never had any problems. Now, its all gone downhill and crashed and burned quite spectacularly. I deposit the same check from the same company at the same times of the month for the past four years, and have the same spending patterns. Since they switch to Northwest Financial, at Christmas time and my sons birthday they always always flag my card and shut me down. Not only does this leave me unable to buy Christmas and birthday gifts every single time, but it also leaves me unable to buy gasoline, groceries, diapers, or anything essential. I am furious! The past few times I have been able to just speak with the fraud detection department, or go in to see any teller and provide my ID to get my card turned back on, which I frankly still find ridiculous. However, this last time they decided that wasnt good enough and now I need to go and speak with somebody specific, in person. Oh, but that person only actually works at my local branch once a month or so. So I would have to miss work to go and get MY bank card turned back on to access MY OWN MONEY, or I would have to bring 2 screaming four year olds and a baby in for who knows how long of a visit because I decided to spend $20 on a birthday gift online. It is incredibly ridiculous and I will never refer anybody to this Bank that holds your own money hostage on a regular basis. Do not bank here they will steal from you and block your access to your own money, treat you like its all your fault, and then turn around and do it again a week later. Im now left unable to get new tabs for my vehicle, unable to buy food for my family as a single mother, unable to buy gas to get to work, unable to buy diapers, constantly in tears, and treated like a criminal. If that sounds pleasant to you, by all means enjoy your degradation. But if not, stay far far away from this shady, poorly-run, sad excuse of a business!
