She’s incredibly personable and approachable, which has made our visits to the bank not only less stressful but surprisingly enjoyable—more fun than I ever thought possible at a financial institution! Jose Almeida Ive had Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember and never had a problem but Port Townsend branch is beyond frustrating. This new crew has no good customer service and always seem bothered and last two times Ive gone in they just waste my time and are of no help. Will be driving out of town this branch is no good

She has been my insurance agent for over 17 years and I have never bothered to do any comparisons to other insurance agents or other insurance companies because I am always more than satisfied with knowledge, recommendations, and service from both Courtney and Country Financial. I have had to make both auto and home insurance claims and I have nothing but praise for the way Courtney handled these claims in an understanding and knowledgeable manner. Courtneys assistant, Sammy, is also a great person to work with and has helped me with supreme efficiency. I could go on and on about Courtney and her office personnel but one phone call by any prospective customer will completely convince said customer that Courtney Wilkinsons Country Financial office is definitely the best place to take care of all insurance needs whether is is auto, home, life, or umbrella policies. Debbie Wilson We started out with a rehab loan for a house. The seller backed out on us. Then we found another house. Jennifer moved heaven and Earth for us to get us financed. The sale of our home did not go smoothly. Jennifer never gave up on us. She worked three times as hard as she probably usually does, and did it with a smile.
