Interest rate, but I agree to it.. so it is what it is.. but its going to be pretty high.. but you dont have to wait to get a personal loan from your bank.. You can always refinance with your bank later EDIT: I have had at least 3 loans from them.. and havent been disappointed yet.. other than the interest rate

J H I started with inherited funds in a ML branch in Idaho; that branch sucked. Then I transferred all accounts to a ML branch in Federal Way; that branch was awesome. Then the Federal Way branch was merged with the Tacoma branch. (It is my understanding that almost all of the ML employees from the Federal Way branch quit shortly after the merger.) I haven’t asked much of the Tacoma branch - keep my funds where they are and make disbursements when I request. They have failed on the disbursements. The previous disbursement took far longer than it should have - they had cash on hand for several business days before they initiated a transferred to my bank - only after several of my voicemails inquiring about the status of the disbursement, and they never called back to give me any status reports. And, that disbursement was in the wrong amount: I asked for X gross and Y net after taxes; I got Y gross and Z net after taxes. The current disbursement appears to be headed in the same direction. I called and asked for a disbursement (Day 1); the following business day they sold some investments to have enough cash (Day 2); two business days to settle (Day3-4). Cash is on hand. It is now business Day 10 and still no indication of a pending transfer to my bank. I’m counting business days - not weekends or holidays. This time I’m not calling to inquire - I want to see how long they forget to do their job. And, if they aren’t doing the simple task of disbursements, what else aren’t they doing?

Max Deering Just took our parents to Wells Fargo Bank for some personal finances. We work with Brittany personal banker, she is GREAT with our parents. We spend about an hour or so with us, she was very patient and answer all our concerns and questions. She is awesome 80)!

Sierra Cook They have been so helpful and very respectful . Always making everyone feel comfortable and welcome and making sure everyone has what they need. They’re very nice and caring and helpful people and much appreciated by many. They take care of many kids supplying them with what they need or just a place to hang out safely. Larry Fale Brian Evens has a great advice on the radio. Hus demeanor makes one feel comfortable about the financial advice. Trying to get someone from Madrona to answer a phone for as big as Mr. Evens sells Madronas services is a huge disservice. After trying many times and getting the receptionist voicemail I finally got a live person who took my information and said someone would call me back "this week", that was two weeks ago now! I listen to KVI daily and have heard Mr. Evens 100s of time and my impression of Madronas services and advice has now changed.

Valerie Bruce I deal with title company customer service routinely in our estate planning practice. It is always a pleasure to find a title company whos customer service department goes over and above, and thats what I found with Kellie at Klickitat County Title. I appreciated her quick and thorough response, and going the extra mile to discover some information that made my job much easier. Awesome service!

Sylvester Smith All four employees made me feel completely at home and genuinely had my best interest in mind. My loan specialist was not only super knowledgeable but also hella funny! Her husband works in real estate, wink - wink and together they make such an awesome team.

Michael Green Land home financial is a great company but specifically working with Amy Waitman is the best experience. We were so happy with Amy after she helped with our original purchase we called her again to refinance when our remodel was finished. Amy is so easy to reach no matter the time or question and she does such a great job of making things easy to understand.
