1 /5 Jon Bjelland: Made a significant purchase from Julian at Better Pawn. Given I am located across the country, the item needed to be shipped. I agreed to pay shipping but would need receipts for the shipping charges. Then was told he would need have to have it crated, and would cost another $100 plus additional $ for the added weight for freight. Item was shipped and received, but was damaged en route. Julian refuses to help me in being able to file a damage claim with Fedex. Won’t answer calls, ignores messages for something that would take less than a minute to help me. Also will not provide receipts for shipping or the crate that I paid for. Most likely because he was skimming extra money from me on that front. Beyond disappointing now that I’m sitting here with a $3000 item that’s damaged with no way to file a claim with Fedex without his help. BAD BUSINESS!!!
