1 /5 Elia Villarreal: Worked with the tax advice team for over a year and it was the worst mistake weve made for ourselves and our small business. To this day we receive IRS notices that items were not filed, filed late or filed incorrectly. They do not have timely communication, or organization. We felt we were made aside as a small business and our questions hastily answered. Please do yourselves a favor and find a reliable and reputable accountant. -update to owner response. You had the opportunity to correct your mistakes on 11/30/2022 when I emailed and never recieved a response and on 9/26/22. So yes, the taxes you actually worked on are what weve been having issues with. And youre correct, fortunately we have not been affiliated since 2 years ago, but unfortunately its taken a long time to get things rectified.

1 /5 Luis G.: I worked with this company for about a year to handle my payroll and business account. It was by far the worst business decision I would ever make. I have never worked with a company that has been so unprofessional ever. They have the worst communication ever. They say they are going to file stuff and they dont. They forgot to file my revenue taxes, my family leave taxes and many more. They flat out lie to you and never take ownership for any mistakes they do. I would call them and email them multiple times and would never get an answer. I dont understand how this company is still in business. Stealing and lying to their customers. 1 /5 Fernando Rubio: I was initially approached by Tax Advice in November 2023, and despite already working with a reliable tax consultant, I considered giving them a try. I was promised that they would handle everything starting in January 2024. However, I decided to keep my current consultant to avoid any lapses—and I’m glad I did, because Tax Advice completely dropped the ball. Over four months of paid service, we only received one incomplete P&L sheet. We repeatedly asked for the deliverables we paid for, but they have yet to fulfill their promises, and it’s now October 2024. My advice: avoid using this service. If you do decide to give them a chance, do not let them take full control. Stay on top of things to ensure that important tasks, such as paying different agencies, are handled properly. They said they would refund me for the services paid and not rendered.

1 /5 dennise PINORINI: I would give this company less than a zero star I have not only been a client of this company along with my soon to be ex and I signed on the dotted lines just as he has When we sold our vacation home in September of this year I called Tax advice for questions to be answered and they advised me that they could not answer anything that my husband instructed them not to give me any information! There were other things divulged that I can’t say at this time but they were rude and could not believe how they treated me I needed help and they pretty much threw me under the bus just horrible !

5 /5 Aaron Fell: Great customer service. Rebecca has been our account manager and we can’t speak highly enough about her. Company is very reasonable my priced but when compared to the value they’re extremely underpriced. High high value company.
