1 /5 Fernando Rubio: I was initially approached by Tax Advice in November 2023, and despite already working with a reliable tax consultant, I considered giving them a try. I was promised that they would handle everything starting in January 2024. However, I decided to keep my current consultant to avoid any lapses—and I’m glad I did, because Tax Advice completely dropped the ball.
Over four months of paid service, we only received one incomplete P&L sheet. We repeatedly asked for the deliverables we paid for, but they have yet to fulfill their promises, and it’s now October 2024.
My advice: avoid using this service. If you do decide to give them a chance, do not let them take full control. Stay on top of things to ensure that important tasks, such as paying different agencies, are handled properly.
They said they would refund me for the services paid and not rendered.
