3 /5 Jason L: The Bank of America in Twin Lakes, Federal Way, has a hectic parking lot layout that adds stress to the visit, especially with the one-way exit design. Once you’re inside, the branch is fairly clean and organized, offering all the basic banking services you’d expect. However, there was only one teller assisting customers during my visit, which made the wait longer than ideal. It can be a problem especially if someone ahead had a lengthy transaction. This setup can really test your patience depending on timing. One standout feature was the security guard stationed at the entrance who not only greeted customers but also helped open the door. This is definitely a nice, human touch. Still, the overall flow inside the branch could be more efficient. Some staffing adjustments would go a long way in improving the customer experience. 1 /5 Mi Ha Kim: I come here many times. The previous employees provided very good service. I came today. I want to open 2 accounts. and create 2 more CDs. The bank is empty. The manager is a new person. My family and I came and waited for about 10 minutes. Quang manager walked by and didnt have a question. There arent any employees who care about customers. They pass by and dont care. The bank is empty. I sat and waited and we left. I went to the bank opposite. and create a new account for my family. But todays new employee did a very bad job

5 /5 Shelley T.: Mitchell W. was so wonderful and kind. We came about half an hour before closing to make a check deposit and he was so helpful and friendly each step of the way. Bank of America should feel so happy to have someone like him representing their bank.

1 /5 Ben Roper: This branch needs to seriously consider hiring more than three employees. I have been going here for three years and there has NEVER ONCE been more than two tellers helping the 18 people in line. Right now it is 1:24pm on a Friday and there is a line all the way to the door and only one teller. And one mysterious manager looking lady who I have never seen do anything g other than look grumpy and unsatisfied. Tbis has been the worst banking experience, maybe ever.
