3 /5 Jason L: The Bank of America in Twin Lakes, Federal Way, has a hectic parking lot layout that adds stress to the visit, especially with the one-way exit design. Once you’re inside, the branch is fairly clean and organized, offering all the basic banking services you’d expect. However, there was only one teller assisting customers during my visit, which made the wait longer than ideal. It can be a problem especially if someone ahead had a lengthy transaction. This setup can really test your patience depending on timing. One standout feature was the security guard stationed at the entrance who not only greeted customers but also helped open the door. This is definitely a nice, human touch. Still, the overall flow inside the branch could be more efficient. Some staffing adjustments would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
