I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset. Kyle Welke Western Union opens at 9 and close at 9 but here they open and close whenever they feel like it. Today they open at 9:30 and close at 7 so Im standing here late for work and its 9:29 and no here yet.
