Yes, Red Canoe. By all means provide your so-called documentation. You have my contact info. And I HAVE reached out regarding the errors and overdraft fees. Spent forever on the phone and got nowhere. More than once!! You talk a big game in your reply, but zero actions to back anything up. It’s merely to make you appear not at fault when you’re called out. Anyone reading this, pay close attention to how many one star reviews this place has (31/100 reviews). Better yet, read them. I wish I had before I opened accounts here again…

I was charged an additional $300+ for my vehicle payment this month because my “deductible amounts were not within the limits”, despite having had full coverage for the entirety of the loan - and this same exact coverage. Nobody contacted me to make me aware or try to clarify. They just added CPI to the loan and refuse to make any adjustments to my account when I immediately adjusted my deductible. As soon as I can find somewhere to refinance at a decent rate, I will be doing so, as this is not the first issue I have had with this financial institution. Ridiculous fees, overdraft-happy (even when it’s their error), difficulty closing accounts, not friendly, and just overall not a good experience. I had banked here years ago and left for similar reasons. The only reason I came back was to purchase my car. I was hopeful, but if anything has changed, it’s only gotten worse. Credit Unions are supposed to be for the people. All this one wants to do is find every way feasible to take your money.
