1 /5 Mariah Dalling: Wouldnt break my $100 bill because I dont have an account. Never coming back or using their services.
4 /5 Willa DuBost: Ive loved this bank for years. Would have given you 5 stars, but youve recently added a lengthy voice message with info that holds the caller captive, when all I want is the automated teller. Frustrating!
1 /5 Olya Wysocky: They refused to exchange my $100 bill cause I’m not a client.
5 /5 Leticia Bazemore: Love this branch and all the banner bank branches. I have been with this bank for almost two years with no incident. Love the fact that they are polite and very helpful. All the tellers at the bank are awesome. The bank manager is nice as well. Keep up the good work and thanks for being so personable.
1 /5 Clyde M: Complete trash after trying to open a new account I was denied because of an old charge of $40 on a closed account. Even if I pay they said they will not open a new account for me and that I have to wait 6 months to a year before I can reapply. If $40 is the deciding factor shouldnt I be able to pay this and open a new account?
Simple fact that I wanted to open a new account and fund it with over $200 should be enough Im disappointed and will not be coming back to this location or any banner Bank branch and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same there are low class low budget local bank thats no longer worth my time.
Whoever is in charge of this company is doing a terrible job.
Anita Klein-Miller Savi Bank is okay, but they really need to fix the online banking app. Half the time it tells me it cant validate my information for no reason. Kind of defeats the purpose... I cant even check my balance.
Joseph Dalton Never have I ever had a Instatution such as Global to treat and handle my money as well as you guys Thanks for your professional staff, at the Safeway store on Kent Kangley Rd. Again Thanks for all you do. Signed: Joseph L.Dalton
ulvegaardfarm I have known Allan Gainer for over forty-five years. He has always been a man of integrity and sincerity. I have never had to wonder about Allans loyalties or his dependability. He was willing and capable of associating with the high school jocks as easily as he did with the dweebs and geeks. You could always look up to Allan and trust him from the get go.
He is a veteran, a business man and a leader; having served as the Mayor of Cheney for a period of time.
It has always been an honor and a blessing to consider Allan a friend and to be assured that he considered me one as well.
