Jag Dude This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to. The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?! If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.

Always professional and kind and does what she say’s she’s going to do. My new debit card was lost in the mail and she was able to get me a new card the same day by excellent coordination.

C G Why were Walk-up boxes installed where the Drive-up boxes used to be? The whole point of a Drive-up box is that you dont have to exit your vehicle to drop off mail. Walk-up boxes dont work for that purpose with most vehicles. Please change them back to Drive-up boxes.
