1 /5 jason miller: It won’t let me transfer money to my other account that I need to pay off my student loan. It let me transfer about half of what I needed and then it kept declining. I had well over the amount I was trying to transfer and it gives you no reasoning as to why it was declined. I also have no card limits or anything turned on. It wasn’t an outrageous amount or anything either. Of course they close at 5pm and offer no other support for you. It gets old very quick, I think I just need to start banking 100% online.

1 /5 Zachary Heintz: Absolute worst place I have ever banked, I am 19 years old, but I am by no means immature, there mobile banking app is the worst I have ever seen, there customer service is horrible, I have used them since I was 16 as a student account while I was working, I was moving money and would constantly run into issues, everywhere. And when you call to fix the issues your met with outdated software and bitchy customer service reps who can’t fix a damn thing. Switched to HAPO in prosser and have been much more satisfied, if your moving any more than $500 around this bank is not for you. Less than $500? Great! Just be mature and use HAPO.

5 /5 Tyingharmony Unlisted: I have banked with Yakima Federal for around 20 years and have been extremely satisfied. A special Thank you to Perla who works at the Prosser branch. Always professional and kind and does what she say’s she’s going to do. My new debit card was lost in the mail and she was able to get me a new card the same day by excellent coordination.

1 /5 Gilly Bee: Not a professional service I was expecting. Should have know when we had to stand at the tellers window for 40 minuets to open an account, instead of being taken to a more senior banker’s desk. Had to return several days later for help with Bill Payer on their online banking. Again only the teller tried to help, who couldn’t. I was told that to call the 1-800 number . I went to HAPA, sat with the banker who offered to set all my services , offered me coffee and water .( 30 minutes )

4 /5 Mariah Counts: I dont usually have any major issues with the Prosser branch! Going through the drive through at times can be very long but I am sure there are reasons when those moments happen. They are just a local, in the valley, credit union and their online banking is a little behind on the times, which is why I am only giving 4 stars. Other than that, I am fairly pleased with them.
