5 /5 Rafie Martin: My Loan Officer was amazing. Easy process to get what I needed. Above and beyond. I showed up early for my appointment and they took care of me instead of going to lunch. Was not expecting that at all! I was ok with waiting. People need to eat, lol. Thank you!

Thanks a lot! I am just trying to fix my situation if you don’t want my business then stop sending me flyers!

5 /5 Linda May: Silverdale branch is the best! The people that work there are absolutely awesome in all aspects! They have helped me on several occasions....sons funeral to consolidation...and each time they made the entire process easy and actually enjoyable treating me as if I were family !

2 /5 Christina Williams: Received a loan in 2016. To 5 years to pay off. Staff was always courteous except Marco. Went to close loan with last payment and he didn’t tell me about $.02 , yes two cents- it kept my loan open for a longer time. When talking with him he was always rude. He would make the experience miserable. I must say Miranda and Christina were pleasant and always helpful. They put to rethink this mans customer service position. Would I get a loan from them again. Probably not. 28% intersect is way too high. At the time, desperate is desperate!
