1 /5 Olivia Capper: I understand that work can be stressful and overwhelming, but I am not an idiot and I don’t appreciate being treated like one. The lady helping me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I would’ve rather driven to Spokane.

1 /5 Edwards Tyson (wireproof): Update 12/2022: I’ve lost count of how many packages I’ve received BROKEN INTO and just left on my front porch. Being delivered damaged and opened is unacceptable. I’ve yet to hear one GOOD thing about this post office yet rumor has it people are threatening to take serious issues behind closed doors to the general post master… July 2022: I miss countless deliveries from USPS living in town! Every missed delivery I receive say I wasn’t home. Do your drivers know how to ring a doorbell? I’ve been home 90% of the time and this is getting ridiculous! Avoid using USPS whenever possible. Unfortunately USPS is the only option I have for the majority of my deliveries. There needs to be a way to hold lazy drivers accountable!

2 /5 Jag Dude: This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to. The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?! If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.

1 /5 Brianna Thaxton: The people here are helpful 50/50. Sometimes the people in the office are very nice and helpful, sometimes the whole thing is ridiculous. USPS literally gets paid to deliver to home addresses. My mail box is on the side of the highway, my home is a 1/4 mile down the very accessible and well- managed private road. UPS never has an issue delivering to me. However on multiple occasions USPS has left a note in the mailbox just saying "Delivery attempted" or "Mailbox full" When its a package that doesnt fit in the mailbox. I understand that its easy to pull over on the side of the highway and pop in some envelopes, but you also charge more for shipping larger items.... so you should be able to drive it to my house. The last thing was a box about 50 lbs. I didnt know how heavy it was, and had multiple things being delivered. I had received a note that I had something that they couldnt deliver because the "mailbox was full." My mom was running into town and needed to also pick something up, so she offered to pick up my package as well. This man brought this huge 50lb box to my mom, who is on her 70s. She asked if he could help bring it to her car and he told her no. If I had known it was this particular package, or that they wouldnt help carry it to the car for her, I wouldve gotten myself. This is beyond ridiculous. If you wont deliver to a home address, that UPS and FedEx deliver to (and that you do deliver to when you feel like it), then you shouldnt be charging for it or accepting the business.
