Edward Schrowang Lisa Weaver provides excellent service. She is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable on insurance. She was very helpful on two non-fault incidents that we had. Her assistant and she are both readily available to answer questions and to provide advice.

Pavel A We had a fire at our house. 12/8/24 Emily Sperry reached out the next day was really nice right away. Little did we know we were getting screwed right away. The biggest thing is they use these 1.6 star companies from other states like Alacrity to review contents and rental bids and then they just cut the cost by a lot on everything and then Emily Sperry just wires the money what ever they price for her. Of course just like the other reviews they CANCELED US. And there is lots of things we’re figuring out that we don’t have coverage for. We are still struggling here. Everything takes extra long. I am hoping someone from Grange can reach out to us and help us.
