5 /5 Jeff Latta: Farmers is the best Insurance Co I have ever had in my 35 yrs of owning a home..I had a water leak which caused a lot of damage..Farmers was there in one phone call..They started the process of repairing the floors,carpets,water soaked bed and vanity in the master bathroom.My Agent Richard James was right there to help me thru everything. The adjuster Nick wrote me a check to cover my bills and even offered to put us up in a hotel.till they could make it livable again.The main office out of Portland Ore.has stayed on top of everything to make sure I was getting everything done. They are replacing all the damaged carpet & flooring. Thank you Farmers for a job well done.......Jeff
