Mary Tbach I moved from TN to WA. I had to find an All-State agent. There were a few. So I reviewed the agents personal social media to compare their not at work activities. I chose Steve Crapson. At his office, he signed me up, explained WA laws that are different than TN and called my previous agent to fix something per the TN record. I was widowed only a few months before my cross country move. I was not enjoying all the things, that I had to do . Agent Steve Crapson made me smile and was so professional and nice. He went above and beyond to ensure transfer from previous state. I insured my auto and RV. I like to complement great customer service. Steve Crapson Allstate Agent was the best experience of all the different types of business, I had to conduct after the death of my husband. Part of my All-State app password contains the phrase "Steve is the man" I have also been assisted by Rose at the office. She is great .
