Jess the mess From 1 star to 5. Very easy and simple. Glad they got a new reps in their place. After my first experience a year ago I swore Id never go back that was terrible and confusing, rude!! (with one person let me be clear the staff was sweet). Ended up with an account I didnt sign for and 4 weeks of confusion. When mentioning this to close friends was told about new a new loan rep. And how everything was great. They spoke so well about how their expience was in the last 2 months.... I gave it a go. The process was so fast this time, no rude comments, everyone happy the big boss even came and introduced herself to see how everything was going "cindy". I drove home my new car today. With confidence. Thank you Jessica!!!

TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D

Meg Gittins I love this place. Caring,friendly and helpful, every time. Their loan center is not super slick,however this local office is great. Melissa seems to go above and beyond when ever I need help with something.

The staff has explained all the steps, regarding my finances, to me carefully and have been open to answering all of my questions, even taking the time to clarify when I didnt fully understand things. I am confident that EA Buck will be able to grow my savings in the years I have before retirement, as well a being able to help me manage my funds so that they dont run out before I die.
